The International Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka organized a seminar titled “The opening of North and East and business opportunities” at BMICH on 30th October 2009.

At this seminar, Hon.Governor, Northern Province, Major General GA Chandrasiri delivered a presentation on “Current development in the North”.
